I received the notice for build 4000 update but the login and password does not allow me to get in. It is looping on the login prompt.

Your thoughts.

Bob,

The login works fine (and the server software did not change). Already more than 1,250 downloads in 24 hours. I think your protection software blocks access to the site. All SB users have the same download login information.

I am starting to feel pretty dumb. Someone is saying it's about time to dial things back.

OK, it was the user name. The login prompt came up with SB80 and I just went with it. The correct login name works so much better.
