Redistribution Manager - Failed to detect SB Developer Edition

Was going to try a change to one of current installation scripts by
adding "Core PreRequisites" of "Microsoft .Net 2". Said that I did not
have required file and was redirected to Help; Redistribution Manager.

Per suggest (requirement), restarted SB8 in "Run as Administrator" and
ran Help; Redistributable Manager. Highlighted .NET Framework Version
2.0 and downloaded. It went through the downloading process but at the
end it showed the following message.

The installation application failed to detect SetupBuilder Developer
Edition.
----------
However SB does show "Developer Edition (8.0.4063) in the bar at the
bottom of the window.

Computer is Windows 7 on Dell Desktop.

Some of the older redistributables still need an installed SB7 environment.

Update: The "Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package
(x86)" runtime package is SB8-aware now.
