Government Shutdown error?

Tech Support,

Our users see the following when they try to launch an update developed with SetupBuilder 8. Is there anything we can do about this?

Update: The link is correct and it downloads and installs. We display a readme.html and releasenote.html before and after the update and that's where our users see this error.

Hi Mitch,

We have received a similar support request about this yesterday. I think the SetupBuilder update executable (and the related .html and cluster files) are hosted on a government site!? IMO, the links to the files are somehow redirected to that "warning page" due to the lapse in federal funding. But as I understand it, the SB update runs fine (in your case) so the server is not really "down".

If possible, contact the administrator of the site. Other than that I am afraid I cannot be of further assistance :(
