This isn't a SetupBuilder question, but I'm hoping the smart minds
here may have some insight.

I was speaking to my consulting customer's support guys, who have been
trying to get OCXs installed on their customer's Citrix servers. The
admins do the installation, but the users don't see them.

I just found this page: http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX114336
which sounds promising.

Are there any words of wisdom that I can pass along? Thanks in
advance.

Mike,

From the technical point-of-view, it doesn't make a difference whether
regsvr32.exe or an installer launches the self-registration process.

OCX files handle the registration process on their own. To "start" the
self-registration process, a specific standard function in the OCX file is
called (that's what both regsvr32.exe and installers do).

Interesting. That does help to clarify some of the seemingly
contradicting comments I've read here and there. Thanks!
