FTP Rename Error

This has started to occur when updating one program and only on the large
upload (140 mg). Google search shows a lot of references.

I get that from time to time (not often). Usually rebuilding and
re-uploading works for me. Has not happened since SB8 was released.

Yes, not a real problem, but curious, only occurs with the large file. I
just go in and manually rename the upload.

WinINet Error 12031 is "ERROR_INTERNET_CONNECTION_RESET - The connection
with the server has been reset"

In other words, the connection to your server was lost (e.g. the firewall
was resetting the command channel connection established on port 21; the
reset happens at the TCP/IP stack level). In most cases it caused by the
firewall or the wonderful buggy anti-spyware / anti-virus products.
