EC Software (publishers of Help & Manual) *appear* to use SetupBuilder
(OEM tag is hidden, hard to say). If they are, I sure wish they would
use the wupdate feature. So much easier and fast than being directed to
a web page that has a link that takes you to a different page to start
the download. And you never know if you are getting the full install or
an update until after it completes.

Just another way SetupBuilder removes ambiguity, if they ever use it.
