Well, it has been 8 days since I purchased a Code Signing Certificate and
other than the Order Confirmation have not received anything. Is this
normal?

No, this is not normal and I am sure they sent something. If this happens,
then in most (99.99%) cases an over-protective protection software moved the
important Comodo email directly into the Spam folder.

Don, submit a support ticket if you haven't already -

personally, I submit a support ticket as soon as I have ordered it, and
include scanned documents I know they require from my company.

"Additional suggestions -

Once you initiate the order, you'll receive a confirmation email for the
order with Order Number.

If you haven't received anything more after a day or so - submit a support
ticket - "I have ordered my certificate, but not yet received it" is a
pulldown menu selection - and your current order number - this will help in
the support process if there are additional documents or steps you are
missing in the process.

Also, I would suggest (particularly if you ordered before and know what
kinds of documents they need for your company) to send scanned images (in
the support ticket process) of CURRENT documents that are needed to
validate legal existence of the organization or individual. You can attach
these scanned images in the support ticket format."

Thanks David,

I have submitted a support ticket. Hopefully I can get everything resolved
this week.
