Suggestion for changed start window

Hi!

SB8 is starting in 'Files', which on some LAN's can be pretty slow.
As I have grown more and more experienced, I really never uses 'Files
and Folders'

What about a setting - Start in .....

Just select the first item in the upper left "Files and Folders Visualizer"
list ("Development Computer") and save the project.

And you can set the start screen (Tools | Options... | Preferences | Start
Screen).

Here was the suggestion - For Not the start screen (Which is good an
OK), but for the start screen in the project, which I want to open on
the script page.
Not important, but an improvement to a fantastic tool.
