Shortcut property

Is it possible to get the "Start in" value from an existing shortcut?
When installing a companion product I need to know where the original
shortcut points. I know the original install can write a registry value
for it, but it is possible for the user to change the shortcut property.

You can only get the Shortcut Target. "Get File Information (Shortcut
Target)"
