Today it randomly picked two files
RegSet.exe and ExpData.Dll

Perhaps connection problem to the timestamp server? Try to switch it to
another one.

Other than that, you can't do anything.

Of course, assuming that RegSet.exe and ExpData.Dll have a valid PE header
(and are not already code-signed).
