Small feature request

Hi Friedrich,

I like the fact that SetupBuilder will 'come to the foreground' when ftp
uploads finish. Perhaps it's an option somewhere, couldn't see it.

When you get used to this, it's easy to get caught out if SetupBuilder has
been iconized.

Might be nice if it 'de-iconized' too?

I like the idea. Added to the new SB build (will be available tomorrow).

NEW : [SB#5-01281] When an optional "Release Distribution" FTP Upload
finishes then an iconized (minimized) IDE gets maximized.
