I'll search help files & Google for you.

Source code is like a joke.
If you have to explain it, then it's not funny.

Hi Jeff,

They are still working on it. As far as I can see, our Store is still not
accessible.

http://www.lindersoft.com/order_dev.htm

They are experiencing a temporary issue that is impacting customers' ability
to access the Web Stores. Digital River's network teams have resolved the
core issue now. Stores and all related services are coming back up, but we
do not yet know how soon the issue will be 100% resolved. I anticipate that
an official statement will be forthcoming from Digital River soon.

We regret the inconvenience this is causing.

All,

External domain name service (DNS) issues are impacting some of eSellerate's
customer stores. The situation began yesterday at 6:19 a.m. CDT and
interrupted our eCommerce service. At 7:03 a.m. CDT, the DNS configuration
was corrected by the vendor and connectivity to stores began to be restored.

The corrected DNS configuration is continuing to update across the Internet.
The speed of the update and refresh is dependent on how frequently the ISPs
update their DNS information.

BTW, I am using the Google Public DNS IP addresses and it's working fine
now. My own ISP's DNS server still does not work.

The Google Public DNS IP addresses are as follows:

* IPv4:

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

* IPv6:

2001:4860:4860::8888
2001:4860:4860::8844

You can use either address as your primary or secondary DNS server.

Once again, we regret the inconvenience this has caused for you.
