I've got another question about weird crap in Windows 10<g>... how do
you keep scrollbars from disappearing?!

I understand that MS wants everything running on tablets and other
fingered poked devices<g> but this behavior of not showing scrollbars
when they should is just stupid!!!

Where's the complaint desk at MS?!<g>

10122 is SOOOO last week!!

All the cool kids are testing on 10130 (which still has the white window
title bars...)

on a window if it's beyond the viewable area... what numbskull dreamed

It's gonna take a lot more than a free upgrade to entice me to switch my
main work machines from Win 7 to Win 10....
