"GEN1116" warnings!

Made a small change to a couple of templates and when I compile I get
73 warnings similar to this one...

> CRT100.sb8(445): warning GEN1116: Missing File Properties detected: yadayada. Try menu bar > File > Script Structure Validation.

Any idea what's causing this and what will be changed when I run
"Script Structure Validation"?
