I had 2 customers today that could not update... this seems new, and it
was Norton that didn't like setupbuilder and dwupdate (the name of my
update file). Norton complained the program was accessing the internet
(How dare it!)

Not sure if anyone else has seen this? Norton wouldn't really let me
exclude because the file was in a temporary folder... and I'm also not
too familiar with this AV program.

Ray,

You have to report this false-positive on your code-signed "dwupdate.exe" to
Norton. That's the only way to fix it. And scan your apps through
VirusTotal on a regular basis to make sure your false-positive has not
spread over to other protection software systems (there seems to be a
"secret" global database).
