Codesign setupbuilder stops working

Hi,

In the process of moving SetupBuilder to a new PC the codesigning stops
working.

All files are located in same location on old and new PC.
Comododo certificate is valid.


Message on old PC:
Adding Digital Certificate (Preprocessor)...
SIGNTOOL: C:\Pstellar\rap_install8\Firmamodul.exe
SHA1: 0
Code signed successfully:......


Message on new PC:
Adding Digital Certificate (Preprocessor)...
SIGNTOOL: C:\Pstellar\rap_install8\Firmamodul.exe
SHA1: 1
Compiler error GEN1053: Code signing process failed. Error Code: 1
Script(s) processed


Note the difference in SHA1: 0 and SHA1: 1


I have tried excluding SIGNTOOL.EXE from antivirus - and disabled
antivirus all together but no luck.

Any ideas what could be wrong ?

Poul,

Perhaps you do not have the required Authenticode components (e.g. Capicom)
available on that new PC?
