Can't get windows Server 2012 R2 terminal services to recognized Code signed app

I am installing a system using the new web based remote desktop access in
windows server 2012 R2. I am able to connect fine but I keep getting this
warning screen

RemoteApp

A website is trying to run a RemoteApp program. The publisher of this
RemoteApp Program can't be identified.

I have upgraded by code signing certificate to use the sha-2 hashing and
the manifest is set to asinvoker.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this.

I think the machine needs a root certificate and/or revoking list update.
It has nothing to do with your certificate or the application(s).
