Problems with renewing comodo

I don't understand some of the questions when renewing comodo.
Hash sh1 or sh2. I know the new standard is sh2 but I thought I
needed both.

Key size Highgrade or mediumgrade Actually I just want the easiest to
use. But which one.

It is Jane's updated "how to renew" and it covers the SHA2 as well as the
other parts.

Also be sure to retrieve the certificate in Internet Explorer - not Chrome
or FireFox.
