Additional Shortcut

I am trying to install an additional shortcut as per the attached image.
However, the shortcut does not appear. What am I missing?

What's the value of your %DESKTOP_SHORTCUT% runtime variable?

Let us assume, it is set to c:\test. Then you have to make sure that this
folder does exist before you execute the "Create Shortcut" command. It will
then create the Shortcut in the folder (see attached screenshots).

I'm trying to install the shortcut on the Desktop. I have set "Create
Shortcut "PlayMusic" in Custom\Desktop\PlayMusic"

It doesn't put a shortcut on the desktop. Obviously, I'm missing something.
