Script item "Exit Installation" does not exit the installation

I am using SB10 Dev. Ed. and I am trying to insert script code that will abort the installation if a certain situation arises. You can see a snippet of the code in the image below. Problem is, after the line #69 is reached, and the message box is displayed and then closed by the user, the installation continues running. Line #70 ("exit installation") does not terminate the installer. Why?

Hello,

You have enabled the "Cancel Wizard" option but you are using this function outside of the "Loop Wizard". So there is nothing to "cancel" here. Please unmark the "Cancel Wizard" option and you are done. It will then exit the installation.
