I have a customer who is getting the following error during installation:

A decompression error has been detected:
File C:\Freespirit\EzraMain.exe [#-200000005]

What does that error code indicate?

IMO, it's the typical Windows Access Denied error (file is not writable).
UAC issue, anti-virus / anti-spyware bug (locked file), file-in use, etc.
