my goal was to quietly go on "summer vacation" and handle urgent support
request behind the scenes. Bad idea <g>. E-mail inbox is virtually
overflowing.

Our office is closed Saturday, July 15 to Sunday, July 30 for staff
vacation. Yes, I am already on vacation ;-)

During this time, our online store will remain open and you are welcome to
place orders. SetupBuilder "emergency support" will remain available and
monitored in a limited capacity. Response times should be good, but
slightly longer than usual.
