Error code 2 again

All antivirus is OFF - Windows FireWall is OFF

I am getting error code 2 when code signing one particular file

Seems to Change over the months

Waited 15 minutes and it compiles fine.
Compiling about 50 files

Possible reason for this: the timestamp server was down. You can always
switch to another one when this happens.
