Good morning,
on a PC when we try to run the installation of our product made with setupbuilder, instantaneously appear this error message:4641


We already try to uninstall all anti-virus and anti-spyware and download the setup.exe 3 times, but unfortunately the problem is the same.

Please help us...

Hello,

the machine "locks" your setup (this is ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED = 5 (0x5) = Access is denied error).

In other words, there is still an external (buggy) real-time monitoring process active that locks or blocks your setup.

BTW, is your setup code-signed? This might make a difference (if your certificate has a good reputation) and can help to reduce the number of "false-positives" (a.k.a. bugs in protection software systems).
