Ctrl-A to select ALL

Hi Friedrich,

On windows with Text controls it would be very nice to have Ctrl-A added
to select ALL the text in those text boxes :)

Most (but not all) text controls in the IDE are native Windows (with complex
sub-classing behind-the-scenes) and not Clarion text controls. I'll check
what I have to do to handle Ctrl-A.

Fair enough! I'm just so used to using Ctrl-A to selected everything
that I get confused when it doesn't work<g>
