All,

we are pleased to announce the immediate availability of SetupBuilder
2019.5, the latest edition of our distribution and deployment tool for
Windows based applications.

This new SetupBuilder version is available, free of charge, to all customers
who have an active SetupBuilder Maintenance and Support Plan. The easiest
way to obtain version 2019.5 is to click 'Help' > 'Check for Updates' in the
SetupBuilder IDE.

If you do not have an active subscription plan, please contact your account
manager at sales@lindersoft.com.

We strongly recommend that all customers upgrade to the new build of
SetupBuilder 2019.5 as soon as possible to maintain the highest level of
support, performance and reliability.


SetupBuilder 2019.5 Build 6275 (June 14, 2019)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

NEW : IDE: Add "Set Exit Code..." script action to set a specific
Exit Code when the SetupBuilder app completes (successfully).

NEW : IDE: [SB#9-05031] Add "Product Version" option to the "#edit
version resource..." compiler directive.

NEW : IDE: [SB#9-05272] Add "DPI-Awareness" option to General
Information > Installer Style.

FIX : Installer: [SB#9-05271] Under certain circumstances, the "Ping
LAN Host..." script action returned an incorrect value (0 = LAN
host is reachable) if the destination host was unreachable
(local routing table issue).

FIX : IDE: Add missing SBVER32.EXE file to the \Lib folder.

Me, too.

That's the thanks you get for recommending Eset, Friedrich!!!

Funny thing... it does not complain if I download the installer using
Chrome.
But refuses to allow the IDE to download the installer.

Have you hashed your local copy with the copy on the website, in case
someone has got access to your webserver and modified it?

The code-signature is valid. No modification. It's a typical
false-positive.

Figured as much..
thanks for looking into it...
I tried disabling my antivirus and it still blocked it... arghh... I'll
just wait for the update...

Web Update (from within the SetupBuilder IDE) is working fine here now.
Virus signature database version: 19537 (20190617)

Yey... here too... got it updated now..
that was a fast response from them... wish all Antivirus companies were
so accesible.

<g> Unfortunately, not a trivial task to do this. Still working on it
(it's on my ToDo list).

I have a ESET Avti-Virus. Looking is SB 2019.5 is clear and nothing infection or bad web.

Possible your computer been 3rd party plug-in via Web ? (I guess so)

ESET already fixed their false-positive bug in Virus signature database
version: 19537 (20190617).
