SB5 patched icon in view

Friedrich,

I just noticed in SB5 #1130 I don't see the binary icon that shows a
file is patched that we had in SB4. (Bottom right quadrant of the
Installation Details/Files and Folders browse).

I find that icon handy to get a visual cue of any patched files in an
install.
