Creating shortcuts

When creating a shortcut and browsing to the target, any sub-folders created in the feature are not available so that the exe can be found. I can manually enter the path though.

I cannot reproduce this with #1151. I have added a sub-folder to your UtilityBilling_Itron feature. Then I created a shortcut and I see the following in the Browse For File... dialog (see screenshot).

Are you able to reproduce it at will?

No I cant reproduce. Maybe it was to late and my eyes weren't seeing the feature correctly. Sorry about that one.
