Bottom right panel of the Files tab. Select a file and create a Patch entry
for the selected file.
Save the entry.
Select the same file and click <Details><Patch> , select the entry just
created and click Details.
( Notice the asterisk is appended already in the edit window)
Make no changes and click OK
Instead of the patch entry being saved it is duplicated and appended with an
asterisk. The result is two patch entries for the selected file. See
attached image.
