Yes - but that was before I got 10 MB/sec DSL...

Now I can work 24x7 and catch up on all the missed episodes of 24 and
Stargate at the same time...


Since something had to give way - sleep was voted off the show!

Hi Charles,

My 8 Mbit British Telecom DSL would be great - if it actually worked at that
speed - 2 is about the best I get !

I just dont get 24 - seems to me it just the same old series of shows
reworked every season so I stopped watching after the 2nd season.

Stargate was great too for a while - but again lost its edge - and dont even
get me started on 'Lost' what a waste of Brain time that is !

Now 'Hero's - have got into that - for now ... :-)

That sucks (it would be better if they did not promise it).

What impresses me about this one is that I can get the 10 MB/sec DSL (and
it is usually that or just above 10) AND the same wire delivers TWO video
streams (200+ channels) and the regular phones.

The installers said they are testing a new box that will allow them to go
to 20 MB/sec later this year...

The good news for me there is that I have years of missed episodes before I
get there.

Also it is more background noise to keep me awake than actual watching
it<g>.

So with 10 MB/sec - I am pretty happy right now<g>
