SB5 binary patch technology

A while back, I am sure you recall, we discovered that the SB4.3 patch
technology is sometimes more efficient than the SB5 patch technology.
At the time you suggested offering an option to use either method.
Was this ever resolved?

This is only in one out of 1,000,000 cases (I am not kidding <g>).

An option to use the previous SB4 LSPatch technology will not be part of the
final 5.00. Perhaps it will be in 5.01.
