Is there a way to have the install dialog boxes expand the text fields so more than two lines can be shown in the heading, and more than three lines can be shown in the prompt before the folder selection?

SB5 uses a standard Windows Wizard dialog size (it's not possible to expand the heading text to more than two lines). A future release will provide a dialog designer - then you can create your own dialogs.

What about in the body of the dialog, can the text be expanded and have the file box move down?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. All standard dialogs have a fixed size and fixed control position (to conform with the Windows Installer look and feel).
