If I uncheck Support Uninstall, why is an unistall log file still created?

I cannot reproduce this here on any of our test machines and we did not receive a similar bug report. Could you please send us your script?

I did find however that if I removed the uninstall log filename then it never created it.

Just compiled your script. It does not create any uninstall .log here. I have tested this on six different machines!

You are absolutely right. I checked our internal development documentation.

This is the correct behavior. If "Support Uninstall" is unchecked (No) then
it does not create the uninstall.exe - but it should create the log.

If you don't need/want this log, please comment out the following line in
the script (or remove the Uninstall log filename <g>).

! Create Installation Log "[UNINSTALL_LOG]"
