IMPROVEMENT: Compiler can detect an "Output Directory" creation failure
FIX : "Set Active Language" script function did not "update" the
Wizard dialog buttons
FIX : "Set Active Language" item could not be deleted from within the
Script Editor
REGRESSION : Possible IDE startup problem
