I sent you an email about a week ago via your website regarding my
installation, and I have not heard anything back yet.

I have to get the details as well as the codes for my installation
again......

Hi

Then it seems my email server is throwing away emails...in fact I am sure of
it. We changed to a new server on Saturday. Can you please resend.

It is downloading Version 1201-dev.exe from the website. I suppose then I
must do the auto update from there....
