The new sites explain how to upgrade from SetupBuilder 4 to SetupBuilder 5,
what a SetupBuilder "Maintenance and Support Plan" is, and how to renew your
(expired) Maintenance and Support Plan.

Hi, Friedrich.
I already asked privately, but get no answer (may be filtered?).
I already own Setup Builder 5 Developer, which I bought around the 20th of
April.
1) I can't find how to go from #1201 to #1244 or how to get it.
2) The new support policy it's not clear for me (as it didn't exists when I
first bought the product); do I already have one? Is it for 6 months or a
year? Does it starts from 20/04 or from gold release? If I haven't one, how
much it costs for me?

Hi Jorge,

We already sent the new password and the Maintenance and Support Plan to you
on August, 31, 2005. I also answered your private email.

Your SetupBuilder 5 Developer Edition license includes an annual (1-year)
Maintenance and Support Plan. That means you get every new release,
version, and feature enhancement for one year.

I just double checked my e-mail accounts, and found nothing from you (not
even as spam!).
?
I have two e-mails, the public one which is in my website and here in the
header of this message, and the private one which I sent you a message
from. This last it's from Gmail and being beta I had problems of loss e-
mails before with it.
Would you be so kind to resend your messages to my public e-mail -
