disable checkbox on checkboxes dialog

Does anyone know how to disable a checkbox on the checkboxes dialog? Also what are the control IDs of the checkboxes on the checkbox dialog? As a general question what are the control IDs of controls on checkboxes dialog, combo box dialog, radio buttons dialog, etc. I call these dialogs as non-standard dialogs i.e., dialogs other than welcome, user info, finish, etc.

An improvement to Setup Builder would be to show control IDs on the dialogs in designer view.
