Paul,

Well, the problem with most free web hosting companies is that they do not
allow , .gz, .xml, .js, .zip, .rar, .exe, .0000x, etc. files.

We did a Google, tried 50+ services and X10HOSTING works.

But I would *not* suggest to use a free web hosting service. They can
shut-down your account whenever they want.

Okay, we have uploaded a small SetupBuilder web installer test:

http://sb6.x10hosting.com/free_web_hoster.exe

If you run it, the code-signed installer will install C60RUNX.DLL and
C60TPSX.DLL to c:\free_web_hoster. The installer will *not* modify your
registry! To uninstall the files, just start Uninst_free_web_hoster.exe
located in c:\free_web_hoster

By the way, you may NOT use the free X10HOSTING service for public file
hosting (i.e. Rapidshare, Megaupload), image hosting (i.e. Flickr,
Photobucket), and proxies. So the same might be true for web installer
hosting.
