Will the IDE be the same for SetupBuilder 5 for Clarion, Professional, Developer, and Architect Edition (when MSI support is available)?

Yes, you'll see the same IDE in all SB5 Editions. But of course, functionality is different - e.g. the Clarion Edition does not support the scripting capability.
