WebInstall errors

Hello!

I used SetupBuilder to build a pretty big setup.
It works like a charm when running it locally, but we need to deploy it online.
So i checked the "enable web installation" checkbox and the "IIS/Windows 2003 Image" checkbox. This helps, we won't have to configure 500+ mime-types (nice!).

But when i try to install the setup right from the web, it stops after installing 40% and it asks for "cd with label #1".

What am i doing wrong?
Can someone help us?

Hello,

Two possible reasons:

1. Upload error (cluster file for cretail.cnt is incomplete)
2. Download problem (download failed)

BTW, Error #8 is a CRC32 error so it's definitely 1) or 2)

there are more than 500 files,
is there any way to find out what file is corrupt or what file contains what?

You can see from the compiler html report which "cluster file" belongs to cretail.cnt. As I understand it, cretail.cnt causes the CRC32 error so I would suggest to re-upload the cluster file for cretail.cnt.
