Hello guys,

is it possible to find out if the installer is running on Windows 32-bit or 64-bit?

Yes, no problem. Use the Get System Information (WOW64 Status) script function to determine whether the specified process is running under WOW64 (64-bit Windows). The function returns "1" on x64 systems.
