for a white space now.

Russ,

Please compile your project and click the "Report" button.

The compiler generates an improved .htm compiler report now. My previous
one was crap (not compatible with Opera, etc.). Robert developed a new
report function that works fine in Firefox, Opera and IE.

OK. Must not be enough coffee yet. I updated a script, go a compile error
"not enough END statements in installation script" (wonder how that
happened?) and pressed Report. All that happened was it opened File
Explorer.

What am I missing?

Fixed the missing end statement. Somehow was commented.

But now my source folder can't see my network drives (thus getting an error
about them). Refresh won't work. Only local drive C: and DVD drive is
visible. SB5 does see the mapped drives from its other dialogs as well as
File Explorer.

Hmm, nothing changed in the SB5 File Explorer for more than eight or nine
month.

Perhaps a reboot can help here?

Russ,

Perhaps you have removed one (or more) "End" Statements from the script?

One (or more) "If" or "Loop" in your script is missing an "End".

The .htm report is not generated if there was a compile error (in the next
build I'll disable the Report button if there was an error).

I did uninstall a program just now requiring a re-boot to complete. I'll do
that shortly.

Even after re-boot, I only see local drives in the upper left hand window
(Files tab).

Russ,

I have tested this on seven different machines here running Windows
2000, XP Pro, Windows 2003 and Windows x64 and it always works fine
(see screenshot). In this case, "Z" is a mapped network drive to a
folder on a Windows x64 AMD64 machine.

Just returned from another office. I have tested it on another two
XP SP2 Pro machines. Same result - I see all mapped drives. Hmm...

I don't know how you did that, but that is now the exact image I see on my
machine! <vbg>

I don't think this is a SetupBuilder problem. Definitely something in my
environment. I've a few other programs acting weird and I suspect
Symantec's anti-worm blocker. After re-booting, it could take as along as
an hour before it will allow Skype to operate and until that happens, it is
blocked.

I can't turn it off as I did get an worm infection once and my ISP detected
it and warned me about it. Just found out my automatic backups were not
working. Seems a few vendors are fighting MS about DLL hell with regards to
updates. What a mess.

Very nice, Friedrich!

One possible addition to the (very much improved) HTML report... perhaps
add a column or modify the 'Feature' column to indicate whether a file is
installed as a patch of a prior version or as the whole file.
