One of my customers sent me a summary of his attempt to install my
software on his Vista machine.

All the files were installed and the application works OK but he got a
"stopped working" message after the files were copied.

No problems of his XP machine.

No problems reported from other Vista users.

I'm using SB 6.5.1876

Any ideas?

His summary:

Hi Stephen,

Build 1876 (Version 6.5) is dated May 25, 2007 and we are on public Build
2309 (Version 6.9) now. There were quite a few Vista modifications in 6.6,
6.7, 6.8 and 6.9.

Here is the history log:

I would suggest to recompile your installation with the latest version to
see if this helps.
