When trying to run my setup exe on a Vista machine it displays and error
message "The extended attributes are inconsistent"

If I move the setup off the CD and off the Desktop then the message is "File
system error -1073741819"
-1073741819 = C0000005

I have trying downloading a newer Setup.exe but got the same things. Also, I
cannot seem to open a zip file. I see a window flash like it opens, then it
disappears.

Any idea what this is?

Sorry, but I have no clue. Perhaps your anti-virus product?

Open a Zip from the IDE or the setup.exe?
