View Full Version : Enabling 'Back' button on Finish Wizard dialog

Hi,

At the 'Final User Interface' section, I have defined an 'Edit Data' dialog in addition to the 'Finish' dialog. This makes calls to the newly installed dlls for product activation, optionally allowing an 'Unlock Code' to be entered.

It all works great, but once the user clicks 'Next' and arrives at the 'Finish' dialog, the 'Back' button is disabled. Is it possible to enable this? I want to give the user the opportunity to revisit the activation page.

TIA,
Jon.

Jon,

"Finish" really means installation finished. Add another information dialog after your "Edit Data" dialog to give the user an option to revisit the activation page.

Does this help?

I was afraid you might say that :)

I haven't really got any more info to display so I'll live with it for now and wait for SB7. From what I've read, it seems that will allow me to produce my own custom 'Finish' dialog.

But thanks for the quick response,
Jon.

Yes, this will be possible in SB7 :)
