Re: Dr Dave, That means your customer received an incomplete setup file (e.g. the setup.exe is 14MB but he only downloaded 8MB). Let him check the code-signature and it will also be "invalid". To fix such a transmission error (caused by his Internet connection or your server), the customer has to download the file again from your site. Hope this helps. Friedrich
