    Hi David,

But there might come a time when it is wise (or makes sense) to change the Product GUID. For example, in our own product line. SetupBuilder 5.x, SetupBuilder 6.x and SetupBuilder 7.x can all co-exist on the same machine. So we have three Product GUIDs that uniquely identify the product.

    Thanks,
The PruductGuid & UpgradeGuid have to be the same all the time for all versions of the software. I must have misunderstood.

    Hello,

You have to use the same Product GUID in this case.

    Does this help?

    Multlpe installs

I am starting to use setup builder and have made several installs with incrementing version numbers.
It looks as if it is working correctly but when I go into Add/remove programs or Programs/Features I find I have multple instances of the install. How do I stop getting these multiple installs as there should only be the latest?
    Thanks
