SetupBuilder 5 Beta (build #939) released on October 29, 2004

SB5 Beta 5.0.939 is released.

We have recompiled SetupBuilder 5 with Clarion 6.1 Production Release (Hotfix 9029) and had to make some important internal modifications. We decided to make one more "Open Beta" for SetupBuilder 5 available.

Please let me know if the recompile causes any IDE instability!

CHANGE : Uninstaller does not display confirmation message boxes any longer (moved to the uninstall script). Virtually everything is now scripted

CHANGE : Installer: minor code change to work around a potential folder locking problem
CHANGE : Add optimized IDE starting procedure. Under certain circumstances when the SB5 IDE was launched, there was brief flash, and it was gone. The sbuilder.exe did show up on the Processes tab in task manager, but not on the application tab
NOTE : Successfully tested code signing based on Microsoft's Authenticode technology
