    you said that you are using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019. So it seems to be a .NET 4 component. Did you set the "active" .NET Framework in SetupBuilder to "4.0"? Please try the "Set Active .NET Framework..." script function and set it to "Support .NET Framework 4.0". Does this work?

    If this still does not help, would it be possible for you to send the file(s) to support [at] lindersoft [dot] com so we can test it?

    i create a classlib with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019.
    i use Setupbuilder Developer Edition 2016

    How can i Register a .net dll with Setupbuilder ?
