FIX : [SB#509151] Under certain circumstances the installer did not replace read-only files. FIX : Under certain circumstances the compiler reported an error to be one line past where it actually occurred. FIX : Under certain circumstances the "Register OCXs/DLLs" script function did not return a %_SB_ERRORCODE% value.
